About Me

Hi, I’m Elena, and this is my dog, Hank.

A little bit about my background as a therapist: I have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career as a therapist; in-home intensive treatment for families in crisis, on hospital floors with young adults receiving cancer treatment, crisis stabilization centers, and in your traditional office setting seeing children, teens, adults and families.

Throughout all this work I have grown to see the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship. I value transparency and authenticity in my relationship with clients. In order to make changes and show up in vulnerable ways; it is essential for you to feel safe and seen in the therapy room.
