Grief Therapy

Loss comes in all shapes and sizes. Death and non-death loses need to be witnessed. I am here to help you navigate the loss, to learn to develop a new relationship with your grief that feels sustainable.

Not ready to talk about death? I hear you. I utilize collaging as a form of processing in my sessions as an alternative to or in conjunction with talk therapy.

Parent Support

Throughout my years working with kids and families, I have found that the most effective work is often done with the parents. Trying to undo what you’ve learned from your parents while simultaneously trying to show up differently for your own children is hard work. Let’s work through the guilt and the shame so you can connect with your children in a way that feels good for you. Respond to their big (and often confusing) behaviors in ways that are actually effective.
